Are you looking for a safe and reliable way to keep your furry friend from distracting you while you are driving? Look no further than the TRAVELIN K9 Pet Net Vehicle Safety Mesh Dog Barrier! This 50" W barrier is designed to fit behind the front seats of your SUV, car, truck, or van. It is the best dog car barrier based on overall satisfaction, installation, value for money, and size. The modesty elastic conforms around the headrests and ensures a tight barrier in all directions. The high-quality nylon mesh prevents tearing or snagging by pet nails, and the lower horizontal support band prevents interference with the driver's vision.Sarah Martin: Sturdy barrier. I have a pitbull and a lab. The lab wants to be with me at all times, but The pitty always wants to be as close to me as possible. I needed something that was sturdier than an elastic barrier that she couldn't poke her legs through. This def does the trick. It's blocks off the back on my Silverado so it's a good size too. The mesh is strong and fairly easy to see through. I'm not sure how they would do it, but it would be nice to have just a slightly clearer view out the back. It's definitely is easy to install and works as described. Been driving with it for about 6 months now and haven't had an issue.

ArielAriel: Amazing product and customer service!!! We have 2 pitbull mixes and don't like them getting up front when we get out to pump gas or go potty when traveling with our rv full time. My dog once smashed a coke all over my middle console and it was a pain in the butt to clean up. This prevents all of those headaches. Plus dont have to worry about them locking doors/etc/turning off the ac when they are back there while we travel. We keep the ac on for them when we need to go potty in our rv or grab a quick snack. Lets face it not all stops are dog friendly like TA. This is worth the investment and the customer service is fast and high quality. I actually bought this about a year ago and it is still in 1 piece. I did accidentally crush the fiberglass rod somehow along our move to MI from FL and they replaced it. I will definitely buy again and recommend this company!!!! Thank you.

Treefire: I really like this because it is simple to use and it keeps my dog out of the drivers area. However, the mesh blocks my view quite a bit (not totally) in my rear view mirror. Make sure you are comfortable using your side mirrors.

AlyssaKate: This company should get five stars for customer service. When I received the package from Amazon, the plastic bag holding the pet net and accoutrements had been ripped open, presumably at the Amazon distribution center, and the rod that holds the top of the net flush with the ceiling of the car was missing. I expressed my frustration, and was immediately shipped a new piece direct from the seller with a handwritten note of apology.
Unfortunately, the pet net did not quite fit my needs. I think it would be great for dogs, but I have a medium-sized and very intelligent cat who insists on sitting on my lap, and will do anything to get there! First of all, I tightened up the edges of the net with extra zip ties wherever possible, as the amount of fasteners it came with was not enough for my purposes. Even so, after about 30 minutes of voicing his complaints in the back seat of my Rav4, my cat managed to climb up and shove his way around the opening at the edge of the headrest. Luckily this was before I was on the highway. I pulled over and put him in the back seat again, and stuffed a blanket into the opening. Of course, then he shoved his way through the passenger side, so I...

Haley: Here’s my experience and opinion. It didn’t work for me but it could work for you if you don’t have a dodge journey SUV or one like it. The 2 hook suction cups that come with it don’t suction onto anything for long especially when you try to hang something on them. The directions for installing it aren’t very helpful.
MUST HAVE REAR GRAB HANDLES!
If you don’t have grab handles it will not work and if you have hooks instead of handles those aren’t going to hold or keep it in place. once it’s fasted to the back of the front seats on the bottom you can forget trying to get to anything in the backseat or back floor board.. Once I came up with a different way to secure it I realized it’s actually Good quality material and very durable.
This was my experience. It’s not a bad product just wasn’t for me. Could fit perfectly in another type of SUV. Just think could of been better in many ways.
