Mrs.P: These locks are easy to use, easy to re-set the combination and make it a little more difficult for someone to easily grab something out of your bag. We bought two sets. Using them for our backpacks and suitcases. At the hotel I locked my suitcase just so housekeeping wouldn't be tempted to look through my things. Yes, we also used the hotel in-room safe, but who wants their favorite shirt or sweater to 'disappear'? The locks came in handy.

Jorden: I have had a few brands of luggage locks over the years. This one seems to be more substantial than some I have had. It is easy to program, lock, and unlock. I also like the variety of colors you can order, which allows you to have an easily identifiable feature on your luggage that distinguishes it from other similar looking luggage on the airport carrousel. I really like this lock and recommend it.

Decor Lady: The locks are comfortable in the hand, easy to use and store, and provide a level of comfort that no one but you has been in your belongings. If I had to do it over again, I would have chosen a four-digit model for that extra (10x) level of comfort, but I didn't look for them and didn't know they existed. We used the locks on 7 legs of a trip. They worked fantastic.

mc: These locks re set themselves really easily for no apparent reason and I've been locked out of my suitcase resulting in having to find bolt cutters. These are a waste of money so please do yourself a favour from this warning.

Robert: We bought 8 of the Black Forge TSA 3-number combination locks so we have them on all our bags. They are slightly larger and heavier than alternatives, but they are definitely better build quality than the competition. The numbers rotate easily but don't slip, and they are very easy to see unlike cheaper locks. We've been using them for 8 months with no problems. We always put one on the inside of our bags, so if security does damage one, we have another at our destination. These are quality locks.

B. French: It seems like a trivial thing, but most locks are silver with black numbers that do not show up very well, even with glasses on. The Black / White contrast of the Forge locks is MUCH better. And the lock seems well made also.
