Shink: No complaints. It grinds coffee beans in a decent amount of time and to a good texture. It looks nice, feels durable and stores easily. Good product

P. Shrestha: Worked great for two or three uses and then the motor smoked.
Update: The grinder started working again. Customer service reached out, apparently it was the sensor shutting the motor from overheating. So far so good.

Yuvi: I bought this in April 2023 and it stopped working in Sept 2023.
Seller does not respond to multiple chats
Manufacturer says this seller MCI goods is not their authorized seller hence they cannot do anything .
Amazon A to Z says since product was send on time there is nothing they can do about it .
So beware of the “2 year Warranty “ mentioned on the item . I did not get a warranty or even response from the seller .

Steveo: If my older vitamin had a small dry jar that could be attached and used ( not gonna put 1 cup of spices in it to grond) I'd use that. Seems like this thing has a max capacity of ~ 2Tbs of grains, seeds to grind at a time..

Also seems like it can't run very long.. and you may need to grind, wait for cool down & grind again..

But it's worked so fat...

Wish it had a 1200 watt motor!

Jason S: wife uses it for grinding up different teas she makes. the design makes sure everything is isolated and clean. No eventual plugging up and failing like other grinders we have tried. Extremely powerful and easy cleanup. would recommend.

Mal: It grinds very well. Has two attachments. I use one for coffee beans and the other to purée.

Pawn Pace: Recently purchased this item. Mostly we have have been using the 4 blade bowl for roasted peanut powder. This has been fantastic! The lid with seal on the blade bowl is great so that any powders can be stored in the bowl itself. We have not tested it with wet food products.

Cons:
1. The outer cap needed to power/pulse the grinder just sits so there are chances that you or someone in your family is going to pick up the entire system with the outer cap and end up dropping the system on the ground.
2. Plastic crap fused with the stainless steel blades. It's just a matter of time when the plastic is going to break due to fatigue failure.
3. The power cable does not fully get wound in the bottom pocket of the blender. Expect a longer dangling cable when stored.

Even with the cons, I still like the functional design and the performance has been great so far. Would I purchase this again? Currently this is a top contender for a future purchase. Only time will tell how this will perform with wet ingredients. I hope to provide an update in the future

Azam: It's so good. It's a little noisy though. The blades are sharp enough. It works well for about 20 min, with some pulse and rest time in between. It automatically stopped working when you use it alot, but after 10 min it's again ready to use.

Jay: It’s a great machine with some negetives. If i grind a dry herb, the fine powder spills all over the outside of the machine. It however works just great. I have had the milk frothier from the same company before. All appliances work reliably. No issues. Recommended
