Carol: I wish I had taken a before photo! I had gone through a dozen pumice sticks and thought I'd never get rid of the scale, but this had good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. After letting it work for about an hour I gave it a swish with the toilet brush and I could hardly believe my eyes--virtually ALL the scale was gone!!! This is the best I've ever used!
