Ken: I have used Schreiner's for years. We used to have a goat herd and a small ranch. It was the most amazing healing solution I had found. I use it on myself and my kids when they were younger and I could catch them. It has a strong fragrance but it is very effective. If you get a puncture wound or cut it will stop hurting in hours. It does not say for human use, but I would swear by it for any type of wound. We have used it on our dog for "scabies" and it help reduce her biting and itching. The Very BEST!!!!!

filly_05: Years ago my mare had proud flesh on her leg. I tried literally everything out there aside from having the vet cut it off, even tried wonder dust with no improvement. I can't remember where I heard about this stuff. But at the time you could only order it direct from the manufacturer. I applied it 2x/day and the proud flesh was gone in less than 2 weeks

When my son was about 4 (now 9), he contracted moloscum contagiosum. It's a viral skin condition that leaves what looks like little white heads over his neck chest and upper arms. The doctor said that they typically leave it alone and let it runs it course as freezing them off or lasering them off can be pretty invasive for a child. She said it could take 2-3 years to fully clear up. I, already having this spray, decided to give it a try. It worked! My son did say it stung a little for about 30 seconds so I'd blow on it which seemed to ease any discomfort it caused. But I couldn't believe it cleared up his skin condition in about a week.

This spray has been a staple for my horses now for about 12 years, I never go without a bottle. I'm grilled to see that my local Tractor Supply Co has begun carrying it as well.

Kasee Garske: This is the very best in horse wound care. We had a proud flesh mass removed from her rear hock. Battling it’s return seemed impossible at times. We cast that leg everyday for 21 days then after the stitches came out it was dangerous to be by her rear end. She was annoyed and stall crazy. Against vet orders And listening to an amazing farrier I started walking her a couple times a day and sprayed the wound with Shriners. In a week’s time it nearly vanished. Gardenista: Two weeks ago, my dog had three benign masses removed from his anal area. One was inside. When he came home, his poor rear end looked like ground hamburger. The vet told me to immediately put an Elizabethan collar on him because he was going to lick. But, even worse, he warned that he would scoot as healing began (a collar won't stop that!!). I came home and immediately sprayed the area with Schreiners and let it dry. I did not put a collar on him. I just watched him closely. I sprayed twice per day for two weeks. He stopped bleeding within three days and looked almost healed (pink instead of dark purple) by one week. He never once licked and never scooted. The bottle directs that it is for post surgical treatment, which is specifically why I ordered it a week before his surgery. He is good as new now, and I will quit spraying. I can't recommend it enough.
