Fishstick: I had some old tar on the truck. Saw a guy on video use it and the tar came off. Thought I would try it. Had to spray several applications, but really easy to wipe off. All tar removed and it was really built up, like you could run your finger over it and feel the hump. Truck looks brand new!

GPenn: This definitely helps but you may have to do 2-3 rounds if there are lots of bugs/locust. Let it sit a few minutes & wiped off w/microfiber cloth. Yesterday, I did 1 round of spray & wiping off, then went to car wash & used their bug spray. Both helped.

Gina Bernier: Works really well on bugs, tar and other. Spray on. Wipe off. And then wash your vehicle and everything runs off. Does not hurt paint. But make sure you wash off right away

Amazon Customer: Works pretty well. Spray it on and after 10 or 15 seconds of letting it sit it takes most of the bugs of. A few times I had to go a second time over the dirtier spots. I like it, but with shipping and everything $61 is a bit much for me. Without shipping the price is reasonable.

H. Smith: I bought a new car in October of 2018. In July of 2019, I ended up with the most disgusting lime green neon spots all over the windshield, hood, and just a few on the sides of my car after a road trip on an interstate. I am assuming it was some sort of strange bug because I didn't see anyone actually painting while we were travelling.

Of course, I used the washer fluid and wipers, but it didn't affect it. After returning home, I went through the car wash. It didn't help. My local car wash changed companies and added a promotion where you could get unlimited car washes for one month for just $1 (after one month the price would increase to $20.) I jumped at the chance. Surely, repeated high pressure car washes would remove that filth from my pretty car. I even pointed it out to the gentleman with the big brush of prewash fluid, and he suggested I make a few trips through the wash right then. He was sure it would come off. It didn't.

I tried different products. If Coca Cola can remove rust from car batteries, that should do it, right? Wrong.
I tried Dawn blue dish washing detergent, Krud Cutter, Lysol, Fantastic, WD40, Goo Gone and Goof...
