Barbara Hodgkins: The surface is totally non stick, like many are advertised but are not non stick beyond the first week of use. The pan is easy to clean, I would like to have a complete set like this.

Peter & Dani: Just love ScanPan! They are the best pots, frying pan, crepe pan, Roasting pan, Wok we have ever had. Rarely if ever have to go over medium heat. Clean up is a breeze! Cost some but worth every nickel!

Claire: We have had the pan for 4 years now. It works well, but does get beat up over time. The coating has not come off or anything it is scratched a bit, so doesn't heat equally so much anymore. It's going into our camping box since it still works fine for that stuff.
