David: These are soft, comfortable and come in some very cute colors/designs. They are easy to put on, easy to get off (for parents!), but my little one can't get them off, which is great, because they don't get lost.

The one downside is that they usually don't last more than one season for walkers, so if you want to buy soft sole leather shoes to pass down to a sibling, go for a more $$ brand like Robeez (I have had a couple pair and was very pleased with). Something else to watch out for with the cheap soft sole shoes, is that sometimes the darker colors (navy/black, etc) will bleed if they get wet. Just cheaper dye/process, I'm assuming. That was not an issue with Robeez. But, for a fairly inexpensive pair of shoes that will be comfortable, these fit the bill. We've bought multiple pairs for multiple kids, and have been pleased with the value.

A.F.A.F.: This is my favorite brand of leather crib shoes for my boys. I got the little bird ones, slightly afraid that they’d be girly, but the bird is a blue color, not turquoise. They’re perfect. These stay on well, wear well, and have yet to fail me. Newborn size won’t fit a newborn. No brand does. But the 0-6 month size is just starting to work well for my four month old. (My 20 month old wears these in 18-24 month all the time and loves them. He wears a size 7 shoe.)

Samantha & RaulSamantha & Raul: I absolutely love these!! I bought two different ones the pink strawberry ones and black ladybug ones and they are both prefect. They do seem a little wide when you first try them on but as the package state. Baby feet are constantly growing they need soft roomy shoes to allow their soft bones to grow accordingly. We are going into the winter time where we live so they are perfect to use with little socks. They do have a natural leather smell when they are first taken out of the package but that is completely normal just let them air out for a couple of hours. I believe a got 6-12 for my 9 month old daughter and they are just right with room to grow. The best part is that leather naturally softens up with normal wear so she will most likely be wearing these as we enter the summer. With all that being said we love them and will be purchasing more in the future as she grows. I wish I had found these with my two older children.

Alida Kuhn: The shoes (medium) fit my daughter (8 months) as expected with a bit of room to grow into them yet (shoe sole bottom measures about 4 3/4" from big toe to center of heel vs. baby foot 4 1/4"). They are soft and good for "indoor" use where socks with rubber bottoms don't meet needs for warmth / friction resistance on hardwood floor for those first crawling attempts or even just proper traction when using a walker. I put shoes on her along with socks; she never takes them off; her feet always seem warm and comfy in them. Rubber banded shoe opening ensure good fit and ease of putting on. Design and craftsmanship are also up to par. I got black leather shoes with colored caterpillar in front to "match" with several different outfit colors she has instead of buying several colored pair of shoes for her. However, I noticed that the black dye of the shoes rubs off ever so slightly - her socks and also when I let her chew on the shoe to see what happens. Her mouth looked a bit dirty afterwards. This is the only reason I took a star off. I will definitely buy another pair for indoor "slipper" use and will likely stick to a lighter more natural leather color to avoid dealing with unwanted...
