Al: We have a handful of these and they're honestly terrible. Only reason we purchased is because they were a cheaper alternative at the time.
Suction, power, and reliability is very poor. You have to go over the same spot multiple times to clean the carpet. This is not ideal for commercial use, not recommended or professional at all. Bags don't last, they fill up quick as they're small.

MRB: Vacuum was missing 2 screws to attach hose with. Lucky for me I had some that fit. Plastic bag with screws for handle was taped on and left a sticky mess. I used goo be gone to take it off. After putting it together, it worked pretty good. It sucked up hair from my black lab. The cord is very thick and hard to wind around cord holder. It leaves wheel marks in the carpet, if that’s a problem for you. It has a low front profile so it goes farther under the beds & TV stand. It is also light weight compared to my old Eureka bagged upright. I’m satisfied with this purchase.

Larissa: Love this vacuum. Doesnt clog with pet hair at all. Cleans very well. Will be buying a 2nd one. Love how simple it is too. Not a ton of nonsense filters to block up. Love it!

Patty Stiffer: I have purchased six of these for my cleaning business and I love them! They are affordable, durable, lightweight, easy to clean and maintain, and the roller does not get hair wrapped around it like Sharks do. It has great pickup on bare floors as well as carpet and the onboard attachments are easy to use! Perfect vacuum for personal or commercial use, you won’t be disappointed!

Paul Wedero: Works good enough. It feels cheap but actually built well. Good floor suction, long cord. Lightweight. I think this vacuum is 10 amps and most are 12 amps. This probably accounts for the lighter weight.
