Jack M: Its a very fine blend. Great taste. I used it with Salmon on the grill. Doesn't get any better than that. I wish they sold it with a side jar full of the same garlic salt so i would have the perfect dispenser matched with the size of the salt. This is my one and only spice for everything i cook on the grill.
