Debbie Mattson: I have no problem with Amazon or the seller , but I have had issues with UPS and Purolator. Amazon delivery and Intelcom have been excellent. I wish Amazon would not order UPS and Purolator.
I am loving this TV.

J. A. Elliott: Likes; very sharp, seems to have a broad color range. On some of the newest material the picture almost appears to be 3D it is so detailed. Everyone that has seen the quality of the picture has been impressed.
Other reviewers have mentioned two complaints which aren’t an issue for me. Poor remote. I have only used mine once to set up the TV. Since I have no need to change the settings it sits in a drawer. I use satellite TV so use that remote. I don’t get internet so I rarely stream except through my phone’s portable hot spot and I have had no issues with that. The other issue that is often mentioned is sound quality. Ultra thin TV’s can not physically reproduce quality sound. To reproduce high quality sound you have to push a certain volume of air at different frequencies. The tiny speakers in these TV’s aren’t up to the task and never will be because they are physically incapable of doing so. I am impressed that they do as well as they do. Besides, why would you buy such a large TV and not use a surround sound system, or at the very least a high quality sound bar? I realize some people may not want to have a sound system that probably costs more than the TV ,...

Zelik: Friendly controlls. Quality of picture and sound could be better.
Right now manufacturers are selling quality of TV picture to the highest bidder. Which is wrong. Picture quality should be there regardless of cost. Other tv features should be priced as an options reflecting the price.

Bill EBill E: As you can see from the picture, the FIRST TV I was sent was not an acceptable product. And honestly, I believe they sent this shattered screen one on purpose because I called & complained about a delivery hold up, so I believe they just grabbed a broken one & threw it on the truck because I suddenly & very quickly got it like the next day, strangely enough. Even more strange was that the two capable gentlemen who delivered this one had it strapped securely to the inside rear of the truck with absolutely nothing around it (in an empty 10ft radius) nothing that could've damaged it so badly, & these guys were not reckless or dropsy, so I'm still not sure how a TV shipped & handled that securely got shattered across the entire front of the screen while being handled by such careful pros. Thankfully the replacement was much better and I received a free, "DELUXE DELIVERY & UNBOX" which was a very misleading thing because when they got here w/ the TV, the young gentleman in charge continually explained how they could do nothing but take it out of the box, plug it in and ensure operation, which amounted to making sure it turned on, and then take the box and leave....

Atta boy: Excellent tv. Picture is great, internal speaker is pretty poor. Overall 8 out of 10!
