kate: I'm not a fan of frozen food but saffron road has some really great options especially if you are a vegetarian. The only reason it didn't receive 5 stars is the plastic packaging. Just yuk. I personally don't want plastic and would like to see them change to more sustainable packaging.

CINTRON: Be sure you have a good oven safe dish for this because the directions say not to put it in the oven with the container it ships in. This was frustrating for me as the only thing I had was an 8x9" baking dish which was far too large. The whole thing fell apart and some of the rice burned. I ended up scooping it into a bowl all mixed together. Tasted good apart from the few pieces of burnt rice, but I won't order again unless I have a smaller over safe dish to put it in.
