julie: I use this bag to carry files to and from client locations. The shoulder strap is comfortable, even when the bag is full and heavy. The bag looks professional and has a nice smooth feel to it. The zipper is easy and smooth. So far, I'm very impressed.

Benny Laughlin: Overall, this appears to be a beautiful and sturdy bag. Overall, I love the appearance. There are a few things that I would change. However, everybody needs to know that this bag is HEAVY. I have been carrying both a purse and laptop bag at work that did not have a shoulder strap. I had a bit of a eureka moment and decided to buy a big enough bag to fit both the items for my purse and laptop, and maybe even carry a book, lunch or a bottle of water.
For the pros - This is an absolutely beautiful bag that is plenty big for everything I need to carry. My Mac Book actually had too much room in the computer compartment. I could easily fit everything I need for the day, MacBook, multiple computer cords, a makeup bag, wallet, pens, books or paper organizer, lunch and a water bottle. The large compartment will hold a lot of stuff. The zipper pocket is fairly large and having pockets in the bag and on the outside is good for organization. The bag itself appears well made and has a "new car" smell. I ordered the red and it is a beautiful color. The satin lining seems of high quality. The shoulder strap is adjustable and seems of high quality as well. The zipper appears to be adequate....
