KAI: I never buy anything but Ryka for my daughter, but this style is not okay for flat feet. She had a huge blister where her arch should have been. It's a nice shoe, just not for flat feet.

Elizabeth Olson: It is rare for me to be able to immediately wear a shoe for extended walking right out of the box. Not so with these. So comfortable and lightweight when I put them on that I went for a whole day of walking on a number of surfaces: concrete, asphalt, dirt trail and grass. When I got home, my feet were still happy with no blisters or rub spots. AMAZING! Can wait to get a few more pairs.

econwell323: I forgot these ran just a lil smaller than normal, but they even fit well with my athletic socks. These shoes are essential if you are a cross trainer or distance walker. And they are so cute! Actually make my legs look smaller because my weight is distributed more evenly... like they say... "it's gotta be the shoes!" Already pulled them up on line twice to strangers asking about them... The memory foam is good and you can wash them separately. Held up very well with 6 + miles/day. Will buy again.

Sandie D.: I am right now wearing a pair of size 10 Ryka's Heather Trainers, purchased from a local store where they fit reasonably well. They cost twice as much as the pairs ordered on Amazon. BUT, 2 pairs of size 10's ordered from Amazon are both slightly too small. I am going to donate them and re-order another 2 pairs in size 10 and a half, hoping they will fit---or I'll be donating 2 more pairs! I have noticed that all sneaks vary greatly in fit these days.
