JMJM: The media could not be loaded. These black RY King candles are perfect for halloween decor, and this was a last-minute festive idea, so it was great that they arrived very quickly and in perfect condition and every candle functions. (All the things you hope for a last-minute purchase when you really don't have extra time to deal with issues.)
Well packed in foam and the candles are real wax as described. Each candle was wrapped in a protective plastic cover so there were no scratches in the wax. The "flames" are different than any LED candle flames we had seen before. The flames don't move, and the flicker is not pronounced but there is some flicker. (Maybe easier to notice when it's otherwise dark.) Prettier from the side than from top view because of a small white ring inside, around the wick. (Photo) The flames are ok but not realistic. They are tipped at different angles and since they don't move it's awkward if you see that. We have tried bending some of the wicks more upright and for those that worked, the overall affect is more convincing when they can be directed straight up.

Kirsten: It took a lot of shopping around to find the perfect LED candles, and I am very happy with these. They are made from real wax and look nice. The LED light sits about one inch below the rim of the candle, which hides the "flame" and makes it less obvious that it's fake. The flickering and brightness are realistic, and they give off a warm glow. The timer function reliably turns on the candles for 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours starting at the same time every day (which has been an issue with other LED candles I've purchased).

TLN: These candles arrived packaged well and with 9 candles included of various sizes. They feel waxy to the touch and do not have a noticeable smell. Each candle takes 2 AA batteries per candle but look fantastic grouped in 2s or 3s. I especially like the remote control which has various hour timers (2, 4, 6, and 8 hours timers) that you can set. You can turn them on by the remote or the bottom of the candle. Hint: I thought my candles were broken but you have to insert the batteries with the switch in the on position or they don't go on for some reason. I believe the instructions say this. There is also a dimmer function on the remote and a light function. The dimmer on the set I received does not seem to be a big change from the normal candlelight level. Also, the light function doesn't seem much different from the candle function except it is steady instead of flickering. The candles are considerably skinnier than the average pillar candle (maybe half the size) and this was a surprise. I still like them and they are well-priced for the extras included. They are especially well-priced for this number of flameless candles compared to the fancier brand which are larger/thicker and...

eliza dawn westeliza dawn west: 2 remots so you can split up. personaly i ise 1 remote each for half then turn them on at a seperate time otherwise the artificial flame blinking seems to fake. they even included a extra baytwry cover for when you eventualy break one which i very much appreciated. shows they care about customer satisfaction
