James Joseph SweezyJames Joseph Sweezy: Was a good deal on the screws. Easy to tighten. One issue I have found is that there is a handful of screws in the box that are not straight. Seems to be a minor manufacturing flaw in the batch I got. They seem bent on the non threaded shaft. Aside from that, I would still recommend these if your looking for a deal but are worried about going too cheap and getting a box that strips too easy.

RabiysRhyme: These rarely split 2x boards, and are great for holding fences together as the 2x boards dry out out and try to warp. We no longer nail fences. Even if the board is hit (car, tractor, etc.), the screws are always either in the post, or the board, so no loose pieces of metal.
It is possible to over-torque these and shear them, but with a drill with properly set torque limit, it should (almost) never happen.

Randall G. Neighbour: I have these screws in two sizes for my deck rebuild, and find them to be of good, consistent quality. They're coated to match the color of treated pine (similar, not exact) and they're sturdy... I have yet to snap one off due to it being brittle.
I tried a small batch of these (5 lbs) and ran through them quickly and just bought the almost 1,000 piece box of the 4 inch screws.
I highly recommend these screws. Now if the heads start rusting or I see quality variation I'll come back to this review and update it!

Amazon Customer: J'ai bâti un établi en bois et me suis servi de ces vis. J'ai adoré les têtes de vis 'Torx' qui , à mon avis, sont les meilleures. J'ai vissé ces vis dans des madriers de 2x4 pouces sur des madriers 4x4 pouces sans problêmes.
Ces vis de 4 pouces ont été très suffisantes pour assembler solidement mes pièces d'établi. Un peu dispendieux mais ça fait une bonne job. Je recommande ces vis pour les gros ouvrages.
P.S. La clé Torx est incluse dans la boîte.
