Rumford is owned by Clabber Girl, but is aluminum-free and hard to find.

Ana Maria: Baking powder is a boring pantry item, most brands do the job, but some really shine in quality, like the Rumford one.
The baking powder reacts instantly, I can see the fizz immediately when mixing the dry and wet ingredients, without even using cream of tartar or baking soda. Any recipe I use it for, from baked goods to pancakes and microwave mug cakes, yielded food results.
It's more expensive than many other brands, but I don't mind paying the extra price for good quality aluminum free baking powder.

Kumari: For some reason baking powder became a hot commodity during the pandemic. It didn't seem like any stores had it - so when I was <i>finally</i> able to get this I bought it. It works as well as any other brand I've used. Honestly I don't know that there would be any difference in flavor from brand to brand. But as far as value for the money - it seemed more expensive than baking powder was before the shelter-in-place. And as far as packaging, two strikes: for one, a cylinder container wastes more space in the refrigerator than a rectangle or square container and for two, the lid to access the product lacks a good lip to flatten the powder to level a teaspoon. You can always use a knife, of course, I am only mentioning it because the algorithm for reviews asks specifically to rate "packaging."
