N. Vollrath: $40 apiece seems way over-priced but I caved in and bought them anyway because Rubbermaid makes good stuff. These twist-lock into the bottom of my 30 gallon Rubbermaid trash bins (maybe others also?). Roll super easily around the workshop with no hiccups and no tendancy to fall over. Bases stay tight to the bins, too. Still feel expensive but they seem sufficiently rugged to last the rest of my life.

A Texan: We already had the Brute trash cans, and when my husband became unable to carry out the cans, I ordered these and they work great. I leave them attached to the cans so I can roll them back to the garage, as well.
