Amazon Customer: I purchased the Rubbermaid mop a few years ago and found it to be very useful. However, one day the mop slipped from my hands and struck the floor. The head snapped at the connection point. This should not have happened and I am hoping the replacement head that I just purchased will be more durable. It's a very handy item but should not be so "fragile".

Amber Fillmore: This head along with handle is the best cleaning combo ever. Heavy duty, easy to use and fast! I can sweep and mop the whole house in no time. And my back doesn’t hurt afterwards because the long handle means no bending over. You have to buy them separately and I was hesitant because it is a bit pricey but totally worth it.

TA Cleaning Company: Seems like good quality and robust. Velcro may be a bit weak but that can be changed out easily. Much more expensive when you facture in the cost of the mop head, handle and pad but if it holds up will be a good investment.

TOB: 36" dust pad seems to be a few inches longer than the 36" frame??
So far it holds the pad well and it spins pretty well but time will tell the level of quality of the connection as it doesn't seem as solid as it could be.
