Nan Schroeck: Great quality as far as I can see. It's for a gift.

Deal Hunter: I bought a different kind with hex plastic base and hexagonal protector along the length to prevent rolling.
These seem okay though if you are careful with them.

Brian Kerr: Thick glass. Comes in protective plastic molded tray. Value for money compared to the purpose made plastic bottles and kits to measure ethanol content. Other uses as well. Such as measuring liquid fertilizers and weed treatments, 2 stroke oil ratios. Having a Prime membership was a bonus as it arrived same day.

Charlevoix418: Even cleaning brushes and dozing pipettes were included in the kit, acceptable quality for the price and the intended use.

DC: The cylinders are great, pretty pleased with them; everything arrived intact, the cylinders are thick and strong, they hold up to rapid temperature shifts that soda lime glass likely wouldn't, they appear to be made of good ~33 borosilicate, and the graduation marks at least as accurate as I need. I've used them nine out of nine days since I received them, with quite a few different organic solvents and strong acids and for measuring chemicals across a reasonably wide temperature range (roughly 290°K to 400°K). Thus far all have held up flawlessly, no etching after holding tech+ grade H2S04 or HCl for long periods, and the graduation marks remain intact. Great deal for so cheap, 20+ years ago I'd be paying several times as much for just one of the 50 or 100ml cylinders, when I could even find stuff like this in town.
The fact that I can just buy a brand new büchner funnel of virtually any type for like $10-50, or grahams/liebigs/flasks/stands/so much more, and have them arrive today or tomorrow, is just mindblowing. I guess "they" haven't made home/small lab chemistry involving only licit compounds illegal, yet!
The droppers are junk though, particularly the...

DH: Pretty dang good for the price. You can tell it's cheaper glass, there are some abnormalities in it, but it doesn't seem to affect the measurements. Everything looked good. Even the droppers are glass, two of them are very thin but the third is very sturdy. Everything is easy to read. Comes with two cleaning brushes (I assume that's what they're for). One minor cause for concern is it came labeled MADE IN CHINA and when I opened the box all the glass and accessories were covered in a white powder. Nothing like getting science instruments covered in mystery powder. Thought about snorting a line. Not sure what that is, but I assume It's probably just something from the manufacturing process or perhaps to like talcum to keep the glass from rubbing together in shipping. I don't know. Hopefully I didn't just get a face full of research chemicals.
Overall, great buy. Would recommend.

N. Alt: Nice packaging, thick glass, better than advertised accuracy, includes brushes.
That being said, I don't want to suggest that these are the equal of a well recognized brand's "Class A" cylinders costing several (maybe 10?) times as much. I can't make a comparison with a "nice" cylinder, but I would expect that a name brand product would have better QC. The markings on my set are less sharp and crisp on some cylinders than others. This is not glaringly obvious, but it reveals the manufacturing conditions required to meet the very reasonable price point. Aside from that though, I took multiple measurements with each cylinder, checking the mass of distilled water at 20C to 5 significant figures on calibrated equipment and found mine accurate to within about half of the indicated error or better. The precision was even better, suggesting that the markings are well matched to precisely made tubes. My 100mL delivers about 0.45mL+/-0.2mL more than indicated. The 50mL and 10mL give consistently about -0.2mL and -0.1mL respectively. That's pretty good I think. If I needed more accuracy I think I would go by mass instead of volume anyway.
One note, these are marked EX (same as TD)....

Alan C.: I can't see any hint of etch, but the box says "scale clear (which it certainly is) never fade (time alone will tell)" I can't scratch it off, with my finger nails( which I find is usually the case), so,so far, so good! I used my triple beam balance , and subtracting the weight of the glass ,added water to various marks on the scale(water being the same in ml as grams, not so, for other mixtures) the weight corresponds to grams, and hits the ml Mark fairly closely, without spectroscopic test, it seems fairly solid, heavy glass ,wide bottom, making it more difficult to knock over, nice and stable ,I like that! So probably acid proof, the pouring spout is really lovely and seems to work out very easily and carefully,I like that! Just some notes to add to the more positive reviews...

AmazonCustomer: I don't know how big of a deal it is but there are quite a few small bubbles in the joint between the base and cylinder, particularly the 100ml. The 100ml cylinder also has a >1mm air bubble near the base with a ~1cm vertical stress line centered on it. Not quite a crack.
The 100ml base has what looks like tool marks, including a 2cm scratch deep enough to make cleaning a little tough after use. The base may have been salvaged from a well used and broken graduated cylinder and repaired with a new cylinder. Generally I have no problem with using salvaged glass but in this case I'm measuring ingredients and solvents intended for consumption.
At times I'll measure liquids at >100% and is why I required a borosilicate glass. The air bubbles can cause the cylinder to break instantly or weaken over time and then break at the worst possible moment, which already appears to have begun with the 100ml cylinder
It's a low price set with a lot of parts, 4 cylinders and a few droppers, so this isn't really a complaint. The air bubbles and tool marks affects the usefulness for me, food safety and breaking from heat, and this may not be an issue for others. Three stars...
