Rockland Double-Handle Rolling Backpack | Ideal for School, Travel, & More

Mac TheTrite: We ordered a pair of these for our kids to take on a recent trip. The unit is fairly well built and can stand up to moderate abuse. The zippers are decently large and easy for a small child to manipulate. The capacity is okay for maybe two or so weeks' worth of kids' clothing, but it's not overly capacious. It does hold a considerable amount of stuff for the overall size it is. They roll well, the handle is just the right size for a kid to use, and they even have backpack straps if a kid wants to go carry it that way. The price was good and the quality is good. We've had them for a few months now and they are holding up well.

LBB: This bag is a great size for airplanes-It holds a lot. It’ and is very sturdy. But the nylon was flimsy and it tore- I don’t know how that happened.

Meesh: I absolutely LOVE these Rockport rolling backpacks! This is my 2nd time to order one. The 1st one lasted a pretty good while, with some minor repairs here and there. I will say the zipper pulls need to be more sturdy, cuz they broke off within a cpl of months. I replaced them with novelty keychains and that did the trick. I would most definitely recommend these to any and everyone! I know I will be purchasing more in the future!

Selina P. Saludes: I was super excited about this backpack, however the quality turned out to not be so good, forcing me to have to purchase another after just a month and a half or use. The aluminum handle is not sturdy whatsoever, and has become bent, making it increasingly difficult to pull out as push pack in. The netting on the side is cheap and already has bigger holes just from putting water bottles in it. It also does not stay standing, always falling forward with anything inside of it. Super sad about this purchase.

NDyer: I take this with me to work. It is holding up nicely, still looks good, and is convenient. I really appreciate this. For a long time, I've been carrying an additional bag with my books and lunch upon my shoulder, and that can be heavy and uncomfortable. This rolling backpack comes to the rescue!!! So far, I've had it for a couple of months now and it's fine. I wish I would have bought this sooner!!! Thank you.

P.S. This is fine for taking to work. I think it is well designed, well made and convenient. I like the storage, the handle, the zippers, compartments, material and wheels. Having said this, it may or may not be sturdy enough for wear and tear use that kids may do to it, same for air travel. I would not use this as a suitcase for travelling. I would consider something stronger in those cases.

Erin R: Used this as a kid’s carry-on for 4 flights. Was a touch too big to fit easily under the plane seat, but fit enough we didn’t have to put it overhead. (Boeing 737 and DeHaviland-8)
Rolls easy and fairly light. Not super comfortable as a backpack, but not terrible.

Joe: Backpack size is very good that my kid can put a lot of her school stuffs in, including all the books and binders. Rollers work well. It looks durable after over a month of everyday use /w backpack filled up with heavy stuffs. Also bought the Asurion 2 Year protection plan for $3.49 for peace of mind. So far a very good rolling backpack for this price. Recommend.
