First of all, the front strap wraps around the goose neck which rotates so you have to leave it somewhat loose and not sure how long it will last since it rubs with the turning of the handle bar. Also, the positioning of the 2 frame straps do not line up so the bag sits kind of crooked - a manufacturing defect perhaps? Finally, the bag is long enough to fit a the average phone, but not long enough to be able to use the slit for the phone charger without kinking the charging cable. This being said, it does keep my phone dry and the touch screen does work.

I honestly am a little surprised by some of the cut corners in this product build. The velcro straps are extremely flimsy, which means it doesn't sit extremely well on my bike, and the zipper tab has bent after unzipping it once, very carefully. Touch screen works well through the cover. I usually give products 5 stars if they have decent construction, but on day 1 I already know this will likely not last long. Oh well it didn't cost too much.

The bag is sturdy and rugged. For my purposes, it has just enough room and does not get in the way of riding. I can easily fit a tube, wallet, tire repair kit, and evenmore into the compartment. I have an iPhone 8, which easily fits into the phone compartment. In fact, bigger phones will fit there. The Velcro is strong. In short, this top tube bike bag is very well made. I'm impressed enough to look at some of their other products such as saddlebags and so on. Real happy with this purchase.

Our handle bars have a double bar being an urban bike so it took some work to strap it on, but still a good product.

This bag works great, and has a great interior for personal items. When I strapped my phone in, I realized I may have ordered a size too big. My phone was a little bit unstable inside the large phone bay, but the elastic straps really held it tight, and I was able to use the touchscreen with ease. I even took a phone call through my bluetooth earbuds while riding. I haven't tested, nor will I test, the waterproof zipper, I just hope it works well. The design looks great, however, and will fit well on any ride.
