Kamikazi: As far as hazel nuts go, I consider these to be very good and exceptional.
I intended to crush these and cook the powder in my oven on a flat baking sheet to add to my morning coffee, but haven't gotten around to it.
These seem to be a natural product, but it seems hazel nuts are not keto due to having a high ratio of carbs to fats. 2g carbs, 2g fats, 1g protein is how I remember it off the top of my head. Its fine, its just not keto with such a high carb to fat ratio.
I really expected to have a huge full hazelnut flavor. But the flavor is light and toasty. I will try to burn the flavor into these little golden nuggets!!!
Its hard to imagine putting these in my coffee, even after crushing them into a powder. I think I was looking for a sugar-free flavor additive.

penny the girlpenny the girl: This is a great product. Exactly what I was looking for. It is very difficult to find hazelnuts that do not have a lot of skin on them. It is such a painstaking process to remove the skin, I’ve tried all sorts of hacks, with minimal or no success, and a lot of time wasted. I’ll be using these for Hazelnut Praline recipe, which calls for skinless hazelnuts. Also, all of the hazelnuts are uniform in size and are intact, not in broken pieces. Highly recommend! I will look to buy their other products.
