Shannon: I used this tiny little chain saw for cutting medium sized limbs off of trees, dismantling a wind blown half of a giant apple tree after it had become dry and brittle. Also used to cut super think blackberry logs... It went through everything without hesitation! It was on a daily deal thing and for $50.00, I made out like a bandit! Comes with lightweight gloves, certainly not work gloves but a material type thing with gripper dots. Safety glasses. I mean how do you go wrong with those? Keeps the wood chips from flying in your eyes. THREE chains. Really didn't expect that! And a little oil bottle (no oil), for the chain. Oh yes, a snazzy hard plastic case. TWO batteries and a charger. Quick charge. I really have no complaints about it. Certainly used as light duty and instructions say not to use for anything bigger than 10 inches. (I mean come on, that would be in very poor judgment to do anyway). I would give this as a gift to the right person, lumberjack probably wouldn't appreciate it. I would certainly buy it again!

Barbara Wright: It is super great for trim bushes and over grown areas. After a few week the batteries started to last less and less with time. I reported that to Amazon. Had a new one in 3 days! Will see if it does the same. Very light weight but could really hurt someone without steady hands. It maybe small but it is powerful.

Rancher: I have been using this for about two months. The battery charge lasted about 1 1/2 months of that. I was surprised how long the battery lasted. It ran for about 30 minutes of actual cutting. I've been using it on green and dead oak and ash branches. It cuts it all easily. It makes cutting up large branches into smaller sections to run through my shredder an easy job. Much better than using a lopper. The one-handed operation makes cutting up long branches for firewood easy and is much more convenient than using a sawbuck and a bigger saw. When I got it I thought the 4" bar might be too small, but it works just fine. A 6" bar would be more than necessary and would have cost 50% more. I thought the guard might get in the way but so far it has not.

The kit comes with the saw, two batteries, charger, three chains, adjustment tools, oil bottle, safety glasses, and gloves, in a plastic storage box. So far I am using this little saw more than any others.

Note that the battery takes a long time to recharge, about 2 1/2 hours.

Patricia Robinett: I often buy things and don't use them for a while... knowing I will need them someday... so this little tool spent months sitting on the shelf and Saturday there was a HUGE windstorm and it blew a very tall tree down in my front yard. Sunday I arranged for the young man who's been tending my yard off and on for the past year or so, to come and "process" the tree. He and his friend were supposed to be here today (Tuesday) at 8 or 9, but it was looking kinda stormy out and I would not have blamed them for not coming at all. But I thought I'd get out my little chainsaw and do what I could, to help speed their work. Wow! I cut all the branches with foliage off the main trunk that was downed... and it was SO much FUN! By the time the weather cleared a little and they showed up, there was just the bare bones of the tree for them to process. They did have to cut down the "twin tree" that was growing like a Siamese twin with the downed tree - and they did a marvelous job with a 60" chainsaw and I was very pleased with their work - but I was very happy with my part in the work aswell. What a wonderful little tool. THANK YOU, whoever made this tool possible and available... I can see more...

T Gonter: We purchase this little chainsaw with the idea that this would make our lives easier. Wow, this little fella has exceeded our expectations. We used it for the first time and would like to let you know of our experience.

It was a cool 70 degree day in the south, low humidity and decide to do some yard work on our property. We live on a huge 1 acre lot with half of it wooded. The tree limbs fall when they are dead and our method of taking care of it was to step on the limb and break it in half. This has worked wonders for 38 years but my hubby saw this saw and wanted a new toy. We put on our gloves, not the silly bracelet in the description of the the saw and started out for some yard work.

Hubby was the first to use the saw. We call ourselves Thor and Zena after the powerful feeling we had at the end of the yard work. Thor went our and started cutting a pile of limbs that were 3" to 1/2". This little baby cut through them like butter. After about 30min Thor decided to take a break and hydrate. What a workout for the ole guy, but this made his job easier.

Thor went to the bamboo section of our yard. Cutting dark vines that were aprxn 3" around. Again... butter....
