Torri Nadolski: I love everything about this product. We have two labs, they are a pain to wash, this product makes it so much easier! Just remember not to hold the nozzle higher than the water source for extended periods of time, as the water will pool in the hose instead of smoothly flowing out and cause a water balloon effect. The box did look like it had been opened and resealed but everything worked as it should. 10/10 I do recommend!

Chi: I have a standing shower, one of those one you can sha get the pressure by rotating a small knob. Would give a 5 star except the tiny knob on my shower, which isn’t sharp, tore it and the replacement cost is so ridiculous, I just bought another one; cos my washroom doesn’t have a regular tap in the shower

Wendy J. Goodman: After many months of lugging jugs of water upstairs from the kitchen so I could do the water changes in my aquariums, I was looking for some sort of attachment that I could fix to my upstairs bathroom sink and found that this was the ideal solution. It took me a bit of time to figure out how to attach the hose to the faucet in a way that created a good seal, but now that I have it down I'm able to fill my jugs and save myself the workout of carrying them through the house. The hose is good quality and saves me a lot of extra effort. This allows me to do more frequent water changes and my fish are happier as a result.

Jo: Before I begin, I have to say the customer service at Rinsearoo is great and I really wanted this to be just the thing my dog, Olive and I needed to make bath time less of a struggle. As she’s gotten older she’s gotten kinda cranky during bath time. But, I digress. The IDEA of this is brilliant, the execution, not so much. The first time I tried to use it, the hose came out of it housing (?!) and I couldn’t get it back in. I called Rinsearoo customer service and they kindly sent a replacement. Great right? Again, I tried to use it, I could not for the life of me get this rubber thing to stay on my bathtub’s spigot. No tape or Velcro strap was going to make this ok. If you CAN get it to stay on your spigot, then I’m guessing you’ll be really pleased with this product and I’m rooting for you!
P.S. The part that I couldn’t get to stay on my spigot was really fun to squish!
P.S.S. The same company makes a product that I love. You know how when you travel with bottles of liquids (shampoo, conditioner, suntan oil) they’ll sometimes leak onto other stuff on your suitcase? I’ve tried putting the liquids into plastic bags but, they end up squishing out all over...

brigitte: Updating: emailed the seller and we determined I was missing a piece that would hold the rubber flange on, so they sent me a new one. I still don’t think this will work well on my tub spout. As others have mentioned, mine also has the shower thingy that sticks up and I believe it will cause problems. I CAN however attach to my bathroom sink.
I didn’t buy this to clean my shower walls (I use a sponge or squeegee) or wash a dog, so it will serve the purpose I bought it for.

They did advise to run the water slowly while the hose fills THEN turn it up. They stated clearly in their description it isn’t for use on faucets that don’t have pressure control (also an issue with my tub).

So anyone having issues with bubbling, or it flying off…fill slowly until the water runs through the entire hose, then play with the pressure.

Off the bat…the box it came in was open and the pieces were popping out. Everything looked clean and new so I decided to try it out.

Could not get the connector on very easily initially to the hose because dry rubber and plastic are not very slick:

MikerMiker: I first saw this online and knew why I needed it. I never feel clean when I can't fully clean below my chest. hotels, hostels and work camps have the cheapest showers usually lacking the ability to adjust the shower head and actually get to my body. I now have to means to actually feel clean when away from home. It fits nicely in my carry on or checked baggage. I don't know yet how long the silicone end will last as I've only used it a few times so far.

It's not perfect as it will will kink and puff up if it twists, and the hose ends are not threaded so for now I'm using friction and tape to keep the handheld showerhead attached. I will find a hose clamp to threaded adapter for it next time I'm back home.

Melissa BeatriceMelissa Beatrice: I got this for my portable washer, it comes with a replacement silicone head and the first one lasted me a solid two months before breaking and I figured it was my mistake for spreading it too hard or something. Replaced it and within 3 weeks of use and being as gentle as possible it broke again. I don’t like the idea of having to buy replacements so often when I know I’m not spreading it thin, just enough so it fits the shower head.

FussimistFussimist: Initially it was great – I moved into a place that had a shower head really really high up and I couldn’t reach it to adjust. I bought this so that I could rinse off in the shower. I prefer baths. Unfortunately, taking it on and off frequently wore is it out quickly. It only lasted about three months before it popped a leak. I should have realized that was a possibility when they sent two sleeve parts instead of just one. However, it wasn’t very expensive, so it depends on what you want it for. If you want this for an occasional use it would be great.
