Josue perez: Las compañías de mensajería son pésimas maltratan los productos mucho, solo en el exterior, el fabricante debería hacer embalajes adecuados para que no se maltraten tanto

Jason: We just had the Rinnai RL94iN installed over the weekend. We saved so much space since the water tank has been removed. The unit itself has a nice appearance and it's not as loud as other reviews have mentioned. I would say a Hairdryer would be louder then this unit. If you have this unit installed in a basement, a furnace would be louder. I sleep in the basement and this Rinnai isn't loud enough to wake me up. The taps closest to the unit will receive hot water faster compared to a 2nd level washroom. You may need to run water for less than a minute to receive hot water on the 2nd floor. overall I'm happy with the purchase and hope to see some savings on future bills.

Gary M Schall:
My previous 50 Gallon Rheem water heater gave out after 18 years and after some research I decided to go with the Rinnai RL94iN. Being somewhat of a handyman I decided to do the install myself.
The first unit arrived as scheduled but damaged. The factory packaging from Rinnai is flimsy so inspect your unit when it arrives. I notified Amazon and I had a replacement unit delivered within 24 hours and in perfect condition. Kudos to Amazon for prompt courteous service.
The unit also ships with a set of Webstone Service Valves included, no where in the product description does it say this, so I had to return the ones I ordered. Note to Amazon: Update the Rinnai product description so other customers don't make the same mistake.
The hardest part of the install was fastening the backer-board to the concrete wall in my basement so I could hang the Rinnai unit. Once that was on and secure the actual install of the water heater, including rerunning the water and gas pipes, took about 6 hours. The actual cost of materials for the install, including the Rinnai unit, was about $1600. My local plumbers gave me estimates of $2200-$3700 to put in a 50 gallon...

M. C. Stith:
Update as of 11/1/21.....OK... hot water stops(off and on) midstream without an obvious reason, so called for the repair guy.....1st time to do anything in almost 10 years.
Update as of 7/5/17.....Still great, and have had zero issues.
Update as of 11/12/14.....We have had our Rinnai installed now for about 44 months and it works extremely well. There can be a delay in hot water, or a cold water sandwich; if you change temperature quickly or turn off and then on after having it on for 15 seconds or more. It probably takes 30 seconds for ours to really heat up, and maybe 40-45 seconds to get really hot water in the dead of winter...this is slower than a tank heater and the only detriment I can note or am aware of at this point. Puts out plenty of HOT water for us as we can have 2 showers and laundry going in the dead of winter...it is no problem. We adjusted our tank to put out 140 degree water and we love it...again, especially in the winter. My wife used to fill our tub, and the old water heater would actually run out of hot water(it is a large tub).....this is never a problem again! I think beyond 3 uses at one time(shower, laundry, dishwash, etc) running...

CJ: I almost never write reviews, but felt compelled to write one for this purchase. I bought this product over a year ago, and wish I would've done it sooner! I went through two hot water tanks in 15 years and wasted so much money due to inefficiency. This heater is extremely reliable and have yet to have any problems with it. We can easily run two showers at once and have laundry and dishwasher running all at the same time. This heater can pump out a tremendous amount of hot water. The average shower requires 2.5 gallons a minute. If you do the math, 9.4 gallons is alot. It can take up to 20 or 30 secs in a large house to get hot water but that's no different than a hot water tank. I installed the unit myself no problem. Venting the unit through the concrete foundation was the most challenging part of the install. It does require some plumbing skills but all in all wasn't bad. I think placement of the unit is really important and should be as close as possible to your venting location. Ofcourse you also need to have your cold water feed, proper gas line, and a nearby outlet to power it. I mounted it on plywood which I tapconed to the concrete wall. For the...
