Unclegordo: Overall the bag is fantastic, Ringside products are top notch and most of my training equipment is made by them. That being said, the bungees provided are literally just rubber bungees like you would get at Home Depot. Way too tight with no way to adjust the tension or bag height. Like I said, the bag is great, just plan on buying some proper tie downs

Troy: This little double end bag is super fun and a great workout. It's nice and portable. I don't exactly have a place where I live to hang this but I can take it to the park and hang it on some monkey bars and anchor it with a dumbbell or to a tree and exercise practically anywhere. It's the equivalent of resistance bands but for punching and I love it. The only reason it's not at 5 stars is because it doesn't come with its own anchor or tap hooks- you'll have to get creative if you don't have these things at your house- but once you get past that- this is a nifty piece of equipment.

Eric: Bought on Nov27th, my first session with the bag was on Dec5th and all was good. On Dec8th the bladder was half inflate. I send an email to Ringside but they didn't email me back yet (3 days latter). Will update if I got any news but it's not looking good so far. Really disappointed with the product.

Update:
So I got in contact with the seller & they were really nice. They let me know that the default bladders do that sometimes & sent me a free replacement immediately. The replacement one was definitely a better quality than the default. It pumped up correctly this time. The seller even sent tutorial video which gave good tips on what to do when pumping & re-tying the bag laces. Definitely helped. So I bumped up the rating since i have a working product now & the seller provided excellent customer support. Very great customer service. That's the best characteristic any product can have.

Wayne L.: For those who are wondering about the appropriate inflation pressure, I inflated this to 10 PSI, and so far it seems about right. I haven’t used it that much though, so please be aware that your mileage might vary and be cautious about potentially over-inflating it.

Also, if you don’t have an appropriate pump AND needle to inflate this, you should order both at the same time as you order this so you won’t be delayed in using it.

You’ll also need a hook. I think the ideal height for the top hook is around 8’- when I hung it on a hook that’s about 6’ up I had to double over the top strap. Works fine that way, although I think it restricts the motion and speeds up the oscillation speed of the bag that way (physics!). I anchored the bottom strap with a workout sandbag.

Quality of both the bag and the straps seemed reasonable, though as I said I haven’t used it that much yet.

Good luck! Right now I’m mostly missing the bag and flailing at the air, even with short and controlled punches. It will take patience to get better at this.
