David N: I originally selected this double end ball because the loop ends of the ball are shorter than most. My ceilings are very low and the loop ends on other brands are too long bringing my ball almost to my ceiling, and in effect reducing the length of bungee I can use on the top.
Otherwise the ball is excellent and the bungees are holding up so far after a few weeks. The bungees are permanently attached to the ball and have loops on the opposite ends to connect to floor and ceiling. Be aware that the top bungee is shorter than the bottom (which is also what I needed for my low ceiling). I have the top hooked up to a heavy duty coat hanger and the bottom one hooked up to the everlast anchor weight with 50lb paver sand in it. Double end bags are a great way to stay in shape and have some fun while practicing your martial arts/boxing.

canuckiwi: Update: I ordered a replacement latex bladder for this (Pro Impact Boxing Speedbag Replacement Bladders Regular speedbags and Double end speedbags (Double End 9") - $13 as of this writing). It was a bit fiddly to replace the old bladder, but not impossible; as others have said, watch videos on Youtube to best understand this.

The reason I upgraded my review was because the rest of the double-ended bag (including the cords) are still fine. I'm still disappointed that the original bladder sprung a leak (on inspection, it was more like a 1" long crack), but the overall product has been quite satisfactory. After replacing the bladder, I hooked the bag back up to the ceiling and floor anchors and had at it. No issues at all.

For the price, even with having replaced the bladder, it still seems like a decent deal. I shopped around looking for alternatives, and nothing, not even more expensive options, convinced me that my experience with those would be any better.

Today it died. Since getting it 4 months ago, I've only been an occasional user of it; I'd be surprised if I've used it 20 times to date. And I'm an old guy, not even 160 lbs soaking...

Amazon Customer: We only got it at 2.30 yesterday and my son was on it in all about 3 hours and this morning the same and the cord snapped is there a thicker cord for it please my son is 14 and Boxs for Kent
I’ve fixed it to a bracket above and to a 12lb kettlebell at the bottom and the bottom snapped 🤷🏽‍♂️

Amazon Customer: Great Stuff. Had it 2 months, but I've given it a pounding. Ball still great, but the outer cover elastic is fraying. Still, if it lasts me 3 months, its worth it. I usually just use the elastic from Home Bargain on those hook things when my elastic goes and replace when ball goes. So far so good, although I notice the price is now £29.99 with lockdown. Supply and demand I guess. Always someone profits in these things
