Charles R.: I already own a huge Ridgid vac which works great in the garage and outdoors, but was a bear to drag around the house! I wanted this one for in house use as I've got two long haired cats that shed enough to cover a good sized critter every day! This thing has every bit of the power and suction of the huge machine, but is easy to carry up stairs and you can walk through a doorway with it and not beat yourself to death! It also rolls nice and follows behind you when you're in a big space. The cord is a bit shorter than the full sized vac, but not a problem. It will hold a lot of dirt and filth, but naturally, you can't vac all the leaves in the yard with it! I've had my other Ridgid vac 5+ years, and it works like new. Shop Vac brands are total crap, and these Rigid vacs are the machines you want to buy! Well worth the money. The seller on this was called Tool Up and they did a fine job of shipping promptly!
