CandiceCandice: Not sure what happened with mine, but the shelves have a slight bend and don’t go flat. I’m returning to try again since all of the reviews are so great. Annoyed though.

Kay: I'm an esthetician and this holds everything I need. I had one issue with the bottom rack but the seller was great with communicating with me and they resolved the issue quickly. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a space saver to store multiple items.
