Jake: I use this to inflate virtually everything. I've compared the gauge against a high end digital pressure guage that I use for race tires, and it's within 2psi, so for most things, this works great. The lock does keep it on the valve stem, easy to bleed also, and durable case for knocks on the floor or work bench - would recommend

Laney M Pankey: This is a high quality tool. Form, fit, and function are excellent. Dead on accuracy with an easy to use chuck. It is powered by 2 AA batteries which are easy to replace and initial batteries are provided and installed. Digital dial is easily read in bright sunlight. You don't always get what you pay for.
It turns out that the unit did not work nicely and the display for the air pressure was inaccurate. I had just enough time in my return window to "return" the item. It was providing all kinds of inaccurate readings on the air pressure. **** I really thought I was getting a reliable product with the brand name and the amount of money they charge for this thing. You don't always get what you pay for.
I originally provided 4 stars on this review and have since dropped it to 1 because you cannot go lower than 1 star. The unit does not live up to it's name and expectations.

The below comments are from when I originally received it and used it on a few tires.

To qualify, I have used lots of different air pressure guages in the past. We change and adjust about 28 to 40 tires seasonally for our family and store about 50 tires on our property. I am not a tire expert but I can read DOT, wear patterns, what to look for between summer, winter, all season, studded, etc, and most fitment styles and types.

Photoangler: I was replacing a tire inflator where the guage went bad and then the trigger began sticking. I replaced the guage but when the trigger problem developed I decided to replace the entire unit.

This one seems to be higher quality based mostly on weight but also the overall finish. I compared the gauge with two other tire gauges and it matched within one psi at 34 psi.

I like the valve clip-on. I wasn't sure it would be something I would like but after using it several times I think it is pretty handy. It literally frees up a hand.

The gauge markings are clear and easy to read. The trigger seems very robust. It comes with two quick connect stubs and should be a good tire inflator.

M. Kane: I bought this to replace an old Blue Point unit that finally went bad. It seems accurate compared to that one. The gauge is easy to read and stays where you set it. Filling is fine, but the air release button has a tiny port so adjusting pressure down is very slow.. would not recommend for deflating something like off-road tires. The clip-on valve stem adaptor does not hold well and is very leaky, seems like the same cheap one all the "overseas" units use. I switched to the screw on adaptor and that works well. Overall the quality isn't up to the Blue Point (especially the clip on valve adaptor), but since I no longer work in a shop the price was a much larger factor in my purchase.

RaucousFlame: I’ve used the same old tire gauge for nearly 25 years working as an automotive technician. I previously purchased a newer version of my old slide gauge but it just wasn’t the same and my gauge was showing it’s age. Reading a couple psi off. I’ve seen similar digital gauges being sold in the range of $120 so I was skeptical of this “new fangled” digital contraption. To my surprise the fit and feel of the gauge is solid and lightweight. The display is large enough for my weather worn old eyes to see easily and it’s backlit to boot. Made in the USA usually means pricey but this sly little rascal came in as a featherweight with a heavy weight punch. I had a minor defect with the air hose on the original unit I received(leaked a little air). So I suited up the old battle armor and contacted the manufacturer ready to do battle. I mean, it’s always a pain to get a warranty, right? Nope… to my chagrin, at having spent the time suiting up, the manufacturer quickly warranted their product and sent a replacement. Remaining skeptical I bristled a bit opening the box to find a replacement that I couldn’t find a defect with…. Not a scratch or blemish even. Can’t be true,...
