Shredder: Lately when I leave my gas permeable contacts in my eyes too long, or if I've had a long day at work - My contacts are difficult to just pop out my eyes. Using these little rubber plungers takes a bit of practice, and you can't be squeamish about poking them into your eye, but when you get comfortable using them, they are pretty handy. The trick is to open your eye wide and look straight ahead. Take the little plunger and firmly press it onto the center of your contact lens applying a bit more pressure than you would like to - and then pull it straight away from your eye. Voila! Your lens is removed. I would recommend these to anyone who feels they can master the technique. They are also very easy to clean and store. A nifty little invention for sure.

Jan Marie: This little gadget is an eye-saver! My eye doc suggested I try gas permeable lenses because my cornea is misshapen, and the first time I put them in, I found I couldn't get them out. I finally did but made my eye very red & irritated in the process. I ordered this, and I can't believe how easy it is now! Really does the trick. For the price, it is SO worth it!

Pinkie Buyer: This is a scam totally! It is like a little sucker when I tried to take my lens out, it suck the lens but it will not detach the lens from the eyeball so it suck my lens and the eyeball too! it never remove the lens out of my eye and it was really dangerous cause my lens almost got ripped. Same happens when you try to put your lens on, once you place the lens it suck the lens and same effect happens. Horrible product and I would recommend Amazon to test this products first before letting unscrupulous people sell this products.

LEE:
I've been wearing hard contact lenses for nearly 40 years. In recent years, I've been struggling to get my left lens out. I don't know why it's only my left lens, but I would have to stick my finger in my eye and carefully drag my lens to the bottom of my eye so I could flip it out. Several times, it popped out and I missed catching it and it would fall to the floor, the counter or the sink. My heart would stop as I froze and hoped that I could find it.
I don't know why I waited so long, but I finally ordered the RGP contact lens remover. It took me a couple of uses to get comfortable with it, but now I find it quick and easy to use. I only use it to remove my lens, not insert them.
If you don't want to drop and lose a contact lens during removal, this is a must have tool.
