Kit: I didn’t expect these to work out because I have sensitive feet and it’s really hard for me to find comfortable shoes. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8. I got these in an 8 and it was perfect. I have a high arch and slightly wide feet and there were no hot spots or issues with rubbing even though I walked about 5 miles the first time I wore them. The material is nice and just firm enough to stay up so the boot stays above your knee. If you have really thin legs, you won’t be able to tie the laces tight enough to cinch the top around your leg (I couldn’t) but it will stay up anyway. I’m going to buy a second pair.

LuluNlalaland: I accidentally bought these in my size when I went to order these for a friend. I never try otk anything bc I have thick calves & quads, so it’s usually an exercise in disappointment. But when these arrived I tried them on - and they fit! The 8 fit more like an 8.5, so there was enough room for me to add my supportive insoles - a good thing bc these have zero support & not much cushioning.

They fit pulled up all the way, & the color was a classy neutral. They dont look expensive - but they aren’t expensive! They didn’t stay up when I walked, even when I tied them tighter. That ended up being the reason I returned them.

But the fact that they fit my thick calves & quads was great! They may have even fit better if I had thicker legs bc they were even a little baggy arounc the ankles. So definitely try them if you are like me & shy away from otk styles for the reason I do!

Elle GoldenElle Golden: Love these boots! I knew I wanted a pair of over the knee boots for a New Years outfit. And since I’m getting old and have bad feet from too many college nights in uncomfortable heels, I needed to find a pair that were on the flatter end of the spectrum but still felt “dressy”. I took my time going through a bunch of listings and read countless reviews. I decided purchase this pair and am happy I did! I normally wear a size 8 and these were true to size. Didn’t even bother my wide feet. I wore them out to dinner and then to a friend’s house and got lots of compliments over the 6 or so hours I had them on. They tie in the back which is supposed to help keep them up, but if you move around and dance like me, you’ll need to adjust them throughout the night (I was *thisclose* to knocking a star off for that). I can imagine wearing them with some type of skinny pant would help eliminate that problem. I’m working on new outfits I can wear these with because they’re super sexy while also covering up lots of skin!

CM: I ordered my normal size (8.5M) and these fit perfectly. I'm 5'5" and the boots come to about 1.5" above my knees. I have muscular calves but still have plenty of room. The material has a little stretch to it and the thigh area is adjustable, so I think people with a little bigger calves should be ok. If you have really skinny legs, these will probably be pretty slouchy, but should stay up with the adjustment at the thigh.
I got these boots for a Halloween costume, but they are cute and comfortable enough for casual wear. I don't recommend wearing them to walk long distances since there isn't much arch support. There are a couple odd pressure points but nothing that bothers me wearing them a few hours; these may just need to be broken in a little.
