I unfortunately am not one of the lucky ones who can just get away with a chemical exfoliant so I had to opt for something physical. OH MY GOSH: this makes all the difference! This tool removes dead skin that other scrubbing tools leave behind. Do use it gently! The first time I used it I was too heavy-handed and my skin was a bit raw. But since then I limit myself to a few light-pressure strokes around my face every couple of days, followed by a good moisturizer. My skin looks & feels much smoother. It’s a simple tool to add to my routine with noticeable results. I’m going to get my sister one too. :)

Amazon Customer: I have middle aged skin and have never taking care of it. I always was a picker and popper when it came to acne. As a result, I have a couple acne pits on my cheeks and raised bump scars on my forehead. I was skeptical because some scars need professional treatments and I have rosacea and sensative skin. I have been using this for a month 2-3 times a week, mostly on my forehead. My skin appears smoother and refreshed. I have been focusing on the raised bumps on my forehead and they are slowly going fading. I have a few pit scars on my cheeks that it seems to be helping a little, but since they are indents and not raised, i dont expect much. You have to apply a comfortable pressure and follow directions. This tool has been more effective for me than different types of face face scrubs.

Raul: Perfecto para usarse en casa. Hay que usarlo con la cara húmeda. Tener cuidado con pliegues o si hay alguna lesión de barrito. Deja la cara muy linda y se puede usar cada tercer día. Por el precio, se obtiene un muy buen producto. Yo me he hecho microdermoabrasiones con dermatólogo y aunque no es lo mismo, es una excelente manera de exfoliar la cara. En combinación con buenas cremas, serumenes y hábitos de limpieza se le puede sacar buen provecho.

Kay tea: Took several uses to get the hang of it. I do it in the shower with face wash already on and re-wet the tool every few strokes.

Short gentle strokes, but lots of them, is the key. If you feel rough texture you're doing it wrong. Be careful where you're using it, you can over exfoliate rather easily.

Has helped immensely in improving the texture of my skin. There's a bit of a transition period while you expose congested areas of your skin so you'll get purging and healing for a couple weeks. And your skin will have to re balance it's oil production- you'll need far less to keep healthy skin healthy, but keep on moisturizing to help protect the fresh skin!

So no immediate glowing skin, but skin does get smoother right away. Long term improvements with continued use. If you go for microdermabrasion, the first treatment or two usually don't show any real visible improvement either. But cumulatively you do see results!

To start I used it every day, now that I'm getting to a healthy balance I use it every few days.

Really like that there's nothing to be allergic with this and that there's no risk of chemical burns or extra concerns...

EOo: I like this microdermabrasion wand because it's so much easier to use than a home machine.

A quick pick-me-up treatment for the skin. It brightens and smoothes the skin.

Highly recommend and will buy again.
