James Whittle: Hurt my upper back while working out and needed an icepack and found this one on Amazon. Great icepack. It helped my back, and because I could fasten it to my neck and back, I could stay mobile and not have to lie down and stay in one spot. Very easy to use and self-explanatory on how to attach it. It also helps shoulder pain because my shoulder is always on fire. Comfortable, but I wish it were a little tighter; otherwise, it works well. The plush side helps me ease into the coldness and doesn't make my back wet like other ice packs. I recommend it to anyone needing an ice pack for their upper back and shoulders.

SweetHmburgerSweetHmburger: I think the most important thing with this type of product is how long the cold stays cold and if it makes pain feel any better. This really freezes well and stays cold for a long time but it’s not so cold that it hurts. . I’ve tried a lot of other cold Therapy products for my nagging neck and shoulder pain and they feel great for only a short time. I also like that it can hit both shoulders at the same time because my pain is usually gangs up on me. The negative is the strap across the neck. Way too short and feels like it’s choking when I tried it (once) but I use it exclusively while in a chair relaxing and there’s no need for it. Even if the strap were longer I don’t think I would want it - I’m not going to go do the dishes with this strapped on to me. Good price I think - I saw something similar at a big pharmacy chain and it was twice the price.
