Sally: I bought this to save $ and the planet a little bit from the disposable trays. I was worried it would be a mess to clean, but it was super easy. The blue crystals slide right out. I wiped it down with Nature’s Miracle Little Box Scrubbing Wipes and it’s ready to use again.

JD: It sucks that the PetSafe ScoopFree Self-Cleaning Litter Boxes don’t come with reusable pans. I didn’t know that when I bought three of them so was very disappointed when they came. But I am glad there are companies who make reusable ones as it makes cleaning and maintenance of the litter box so much easier. I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks now and they are super easy to rinse off when needed.

belue: This is a good product. It fulfills a need. The need is to never run out of the ScoopFree crystal trays. This product does this very well. Its easy to clean and keep nice. It fits very well MOSTLY. The only ding I can give it is the tendancy to misalign the magnetic flap over the poop compartment. Its just a touch too short to line up right if you don't pay close attention. I've had my scoopfree litter box for more than 2 years and in that time I've run out of trays a few times and while I waited on Amazon to deliver more the try I had leaked. Really not fun. LIke for real, my floor was not a happy place. You will have to be choosy about what kinds of crystals you use for this. Some cut down on odors better than others. Same with absorbancy, some are better than others. These are concerns just not present with the name brand refills. But again those require delivery time and this you can run up to most petstores or grocery stores and pick one up. Problem fixed immediatly.
Pick one up. I like mine you'll like yours.

Amazon Customer: I have three scoop free, automatic cat litter boxes and all of them have one of these reusable trays, all bought from different stores. So far, this one is the better of the three. It seems to be a more sturdy plastic, by looking at it I can tell that it’s less likely to smell, compared to my other ones that have more visible pores. And it fits without any movement of the box. Definitely a good product, even happier to support a small business.

Dawn: Buying the disposable boxes is now 35$. I have subscribed to the litter crystals which is cheaper than I can find on the store. ( 2 bags for 2 months) easy to clean and much cheaper!

Sheena M.: I purchased this for our second pet safe scoop free automatic kitty litter box. Works just the same as the pet safe branded one. The only downside is that the corner isn’t rounded like in the branded one but otherwise, I’d take this one and the savings over paying more for curved corners.

Cat Lover: Update: 9/22/2019 We just bought our third one as we now have 5 cats and three Scoopfree boxes in addition to our regular boxes. The first two are still working great. I saw a couple of new reviews that said it was hard to clean. I don't find that to be true. Don't be stingy with the crystal litter and if changed frequently as per box use it is not hard to scrap the wet crystals of the bottom. I use Lysol wipes and if something is stuck I spray it with Anti-icky Poo unscented and it comes off after a quick soak. The Anti-icky Poo is amazing at getting rid of any urine scent. These have saved so much money and most importantly we have never had a leak onto the floor if I have been lazy about changing them. I also saw a review that it cost too much. I disagree. In my opinion this is a niche product that is not manufactured in large enough quantities to keep the price way down. After using my originals for years, it does not retain odors (I thought I might have to replace them after a couple of years but for now they are fine) It is a solid material and not a cheap plastic. That is just my two cents. lol
