maggie: Got this for someone after a surgical procedure. It is a nice large slim one. gets a little stiff when frozen so needs a few minutes or maybe put in fridge if only needed for brief relief.

Aimee: I have MS and I’m extremely sensitive to heat as a result. I previously got a free scarf off of an MS site that could hold ice packs in it and I loved the thing. Unfortunately, because this is an item I take everywhere, I left it across the country when going to visit the in-laws and they tossed it for whatever reason.
Since you can’t remove the ice pack thingies, or the beads or whatever, this one isn’t as nice as my previous scarf but it’s been helpful when I’ve needed to chill out a bit.

Shibe cat: Took off a star because after a year of use it broke. There's an incomplete seam between each compartment. The jelly balls inevitably squish from the middle compartment to the sides, and I squish them back from time to time. One day it burst while I was doing this (little jelly balls everywhere), but it got a lot of use up until this point. It does a good job getting in the crevice between neck and shoulder. Light and easy to wear around the house. I am buying another one.

We use large gel packs put in a sleeve and can be held in place with Velcro ties which is great for back pain but too large for neck and shoulder...the Newgo is perfect for that.

Mara: I got it for my boyfriend for his neck and when I took it out of the freezer one of the handles sides was hanging on by a thread pretty much, it does still seem good though its cold and long so great for the shoulders and not falling off. I just think the handles are probably pretty cheap but other than that so far its alright.

Erin Hall: I purchased this for my ceramics teacher she's heavily pregnant in the studio is always extremely hot. She keeps it in the freezer at the studio and she says it's great but she only ever wears it for about an hour to an hour and a half or she has to freeze it again cuz it's not very cold anymore. I bought one for myself too but I have no idea where I've put it to try it myself. It is handy because it's long enough to stay on your neck while you're working you could pin it together. If I can't find mine I'll probably end up buying a new one.

Allison: I was able to use the cold neck wrap only a couple times, and found it quite helpful for the migraines I unfortunately get often. However, like some others mentioned happened to them, the item broke at the plastic seams and a large amount of the gel beads/liquid leaked out. This was frustrating and even more so since I was dealing with a migraine at the time and was hoping to use this for some relief (I tried to tape it up as I was desperate but that only helped for a short time).
The note card that came with the item said to contact the seller for a replacement, but I cannot seem to find where the contact information is and there is no contact seller option that I can find through the orders page. Hopefully there is a way to either get a refund or replacement.

Laura: I have RSI in my neck and get frequent migraines, and this really helps soothe both those things. I also pulled my back recently and after applying this, my back healed by the next day. Only things I dislike is that there’s nothing to keep it in place and doesn’t just lie there like the picture, unless you’re very good at keeping perfectly still. I use a hair scrunchie to tie the ends together, which keeps it fixed in place while I’m working. Also, would be good if it was a bit bigger, to encompass the entire upper back region and extend to the shoulders and reach the base of the skull, so you don’t have to lean back. The other negative is even with the sealed bag it comes with, it still absorbs the smell of the food in your freezer, so it’s a bit funky. That said, it’s easier and better to use than a bag of frozen peas, I think.
