AJ: I bought this ice pack for my lower legs because a previous purchase for shin splints was inadequate. This covers lower knee and leg, making recovery from knee replacement comfortable and convenient. It might even work well for the back. I hope I never have to find out!

sherry: I love this ice pack! I have back and hip problems and this covers the entire surface needed. It also lasts for longer than any other ice packs I have had. It hasn't had any leaking like I have unfortunately experienced with other ice packs. I am planning on purchasing another one soon!

4 Angel's with devil horns & wings: It is soft in texture and once frozen oh my gosh it is perfect nice coverage for shoulder and back I personally put a towel underneath because it gets to cold for me when it is over 10 minutes on the straps hold it in place where I need it to be and I like that it come with a bag to put it in so if a spill or power outage cause things to melt it won’t get stain or messed up I will be getting my daughters one of these as well

Lizzie S: I had severe sciatica for 5 months I could not walk or put my foot down so till I was able to get to the physio it had to be self help and I got this it was amazing for the relief of pain it fitted my leg perfectly also I had a smaller one for the lower back.
This sits in my fridge on the lower shelf as i still get twinges after my physio.
Worth every penny..
