A and P: I think this was very well designed. It's soft and comfortable, stays at the right temperature for me for about a half hour, which is plenty of time for me. I have tried other products that didn't work well for me; only this product was soft and comfortable.

Anita McCloskey: Just recently had foot surgery & these packs fit perfectly. I love that they also have a freezer storage bag. I have dogs that shed- a lot- & the bags make sure that any fur that’s picked up doesn’t make it to any food that is in the freezer.
Depending on your opinion: I feel like it only stays cold for about 20 min. I’d prefer longer. This is the reason I bought 3!!

Rae: I was using another ice pack after my knee replacement surgery. It helped but there was still significant swelling and consequently pain. I ordered the wrap around knee ice pack and it made a huge difference. It has front and back ice pack pockets so the entire knee is bathed in coolness. I think the most helpful part of the design is the adjustable Velcro straps where you can apply compression as tolerated. For a couple weeks the only way I could sleep was with the wrap around ice pack on with my knee elevated on a leg wedge (also purchased on Amazon). I wish doctors suggested these things prior to surgery because it’s torturous to experiment afterward when the pain and swelling can feel overwhelming.
