Morgan stine: It’s very difficult to use at the wrist . Bearing in mind when fitting it around the wrist you are only able to use one hand . Try clapping with one hand , hard to do ! The addition of a flap to enable the ‘being treated ‘ to secure that end of the device would allow it to be wrapped around the wrist more snuggly , less likely to fall off and applying the temperature, hot or cold to be transmitted more efficiently. Also the meager strip of velcro provided to secure the end strap is Meager, and results in a two inch flap that catches on everything! It may work ok on other joints , but I bought it for an arthritic wrist so for me it doesn’t work . A bag of rice works better !

libby: This is exactly what I wanted I hate cold packs that are too stiff after you put them in the freezer. These were perfect. Easy to mold to whatever needs ice, and stays cold for a while. The included covers were a nice touch.

Mr. LeMr. Le: My dad gets gout occasionally and these have helped relieve the pain. It's easy to wrap around your joints. The ice pack lasts pretty long before it needs to be replaced.

DD: I loved that this pack gets very cold for my migraine, cluster headaches. Having said that, I needed a layer of cloth between skin and pack when I remove it from the freezer. It eventually warms a bit and I can take the extra layer off. It works well for me, but some people may not like that it doesn't form right to the area we are trying to cool. Wondering if it's because there is so much gel in the sewn pockets?

Danny: I broke my ankle and got this one first. It was great but I needed more because the nerve damage went from upper ankle to all down my foot. I went with the other strap ice packs this company offers that comes in a two pack so now I have three but I prefer the quality of the two pack as they are slightly different. The upside of this particular model is that it comes with a fabric cover that has straps attached and the (included) ice pack inserts into it, as opposed to the others that have the straps attached right to the ice pack itself and no fabric covers. I guess it depends what you are looking for but I don't regret buying all three and regardless of which you go with, the straps are a brilliant addition for injuries.

Chantal: A month ago I hyperextended my knee and icing it to reduce inflammation and swelling has been so easy with this product. I love how stretchy the strap is to adjust the tightness on it and making it versatile enough to use on various parts of the body. We now have two of these, we love them so much! One we keep in the freezer for icing purposes and the other we keep out to use in the microwave for when we need a warm wrap. I highly recommend this product!
