Choo C RosenbloomChoo C Rosenbloom: I find that I can only use this ice pack when I’m sitting. I tried it when standing and it fell off me. I also have to strap it on when I’m sitting, not when standing. I like the strap. Trying to decide if I should keep it or return it.

elizabflas: While these are great for boo boos these are perfect for school lunches! We put one of these in the zipper pocket of the lunch box to keep sandwiches, cheese and yogurt good for lunch. Their fun designs are a good reminder to the kids not to throw them away accidentally!

Anna Lahtinen: And easy to handle and not an uncomfortable heating pack. Put it in the microwave and heat for 40 sec. and then 10 more and placing it in the sore spot does not feel too hot like the hot water bottle.

Cathleen: I ordered this for my 9 year old daughter who is a pitcher so she could ice her shoulder after every game. So far this has worked amazing. I love the strap so she doesn’t have to hold it on her shoulder. This is a great item for sports players. I know a lot of ice packs get hard this does not it gets cold and stays flexible! My daughter is in the small side so it is a little big for her but it works and gets the job done!

A. Riddle: This pack is large! I had abdominal surgery and have used it for cold therapy to my wound and the size is perfect. It covers my entire abdomen . I have not used to for heat, but that is an option. This chills pretty quickly and stays cold long enough for a therapy session. I recommend getting 2 to rotate if you have a need for continuous cold therapy. The product comes with a Velcro strap that would be help ful if you are wrapping an arm or leg. It does not have a cloth cover so you will need a towel or ace bandage or other layer to protect the skin.

Jennifer Paulo: Great size. Freezes well and stays cold for awhile. Haven’t used it for heat yet but love it so far. Only issue, although not really an issue is that babe provided does not fit plus size people that well.

Tanis: I use this every night and love it because it is not rock hard. bigger than I need but it folds into three nicely so it stays colder longer for what i need. a bit pricey but overall I'm happy
