Beth Miller: It's not heavy. Not terribly cold. Works interchangeablly for both feet if you have the patience. Might be a little difficult to put on if you have back pain but not impossible. Velcro is on another level, never seen this type before it's like good Velcro that might actually last long and not get worn out or frayed easily. I'm impressed. Don't not recommend walking on these, I'm feeling unsure when I try, scared they might pop or release a hole and leak gel. So when your ready to chill, make sure your buckled up for a while.

Coco: This brand was recommended to me by a friend who used the knee version after his surgery.
I got ORIF surgery on my left ankle and leg about 9 weeks ago. Once I got my splint off and could effectively ice my ankle, this product was a LIFE SAVER. The cozy soft interior of the one side was so nice right out of the freezer (with a sock and/or ace wrap on), and then once that side starts to lose the icy-ness, you flip the whole brace inside-out and reattach for the real deal ice pack relief.
Once I started working again, I needed to wear a brace to a job but wouldn't have the relief when I got home to elevate. That's when I made the decision to purchase 2 of these to rotate. BEST DECISION EVER, totally worth the cost as these are not that expensive for the relief they bring.

I will say that the first one I bought gets like rock solid sometimes, and the coldness will last over an hour if I'm not paying attention to take it off after 30 mins. The 2nd one I purchased functions as it's supposed to, just really really cold but never totally frozen. It's kind of nice to have both, because I can take the solid one with me to work and it'll last way longer than I need it to, and...

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I have a chronic ankle injury that I regularly have to ice. In the past I just used ice packs but they always fall off while I sleep etc. This ice ankle wrap is perfect even gives a little bit of compression with it depending on how tight you make it. Definitely worth the $, wish I had purchased sooner!!

Seal: Used this for a broken foot and sprained ankle combo. It is super hard and not that flexible right out of the freezer which makes it difficult to mold to foot and ankle at first. Once it starts to defrost, it works great and provides the ice treatment needed to sooth the pain. I would recommend taking it out of the freezer about 15-20 minutes before using for it to be more flexible and comfortable when wrapping it around your foot/ankle.

Debra Islas book geek: I like the way it fits, the fabric lining I so comfortable, I just wish it would stay cold longer. The size is good but I wish it was a bigger size wrapped around my toes/insole area. The quality is great! I love the purple, it's so pretty.

lili314: Après une chute de vélo, j'ai une triple fracture, entorse et arrachements ligamentaires.
Pas de plâtre car pas de déplacement mais douleurs et pied super chaud.
Cette botte est géniale pour abaisser la température et accompagner ma guérison.
Le froid soulage presque instantanément.
Bien sûr, j'accompagne de massages aux huiles essentielles appropriées et de bains chauds et froids dans une bassine car la botte ne suffit pas à elle seule. il en faudrait plusieurs.
Bon achat.
La botte est douce à l'intérieur et assez ergonomique pour épouser toutes les formes de pieds. En outre, elle s'ouvre quasi complètement pour s'adapter encore plus facilement.
Les élastiques de serrage sont très pratiques.
Je mets une note de 5 étoiles sur 5 car c'est très justifié.
Le paquet est arrivé à temps.
