Gary A Winn: Bought 3 of these to cycle out of the freezer after my ankle surgery hoping they work. If you wear a size 13 I would recommend the large size.
UPDATE
So after surgery and having a big cast these don't fit around the cast they still wok by laying them flat. Which isn't ideal but it works, I wish I would have bought maybe 1 of these and then 2 of their other ones that are not a fitted style. Still a great product tho.

Mandy: This thing was a life saver when my husband broke his ankle. It comes in a really nice baggie that you use when you put it in the freezer. It gave him relief when nothing else did and it was easy to put on and then held tightly to the skin. Nothing compares! This is a must have for any foot or ankle injuries! Highly recommended.

Really like the fuzzy side that can go against your skin and not freeze it, and the standard side that you can use when you need that intense cold. velcro straps are of great quality - well edged so no strings coming out with repeated uses. What I don't like is, I have a size 11 W, 9 mens - and it doesn't cover the ball of my foot where I need it most right now. It's too short. And it doesn't fully wrap around a swollen ankle. The advertising photo shoes it going right to the base of the toes - if you have size 5 women's, that could be true.

Dani: I got this for myself because I was having foot surgery and this worked out so well for me, it was really nice because I could use it in the day and not have to worry about anything leaking or moving around and then having to adjust it. It stays in place, it’s lined with a soft/fuzzy fabric so it’s not just freezing plastic touching your skin. It was really easy to sleep in too when the pain was bad. My mom also just broke her toe and she also loved using it and said how it really helped. It’s nice that it’s so adjustable too, the Velcro for the straps is softer and not scratchy. I’m about a women’s size 7.5 but could still fit into a 6.5/7 shoe… I have really small feet… my mom is a size 9 and it fits us both! We also both have wide feet and that was no problem. Love it!
