Florin: I've had them for several months now and they work fine. They don't stay cold for very long, which is unfortunate, and the outer layer feels cheap, but they do what an ice pack is supposed to do and remain flexible when frozen. Overall, I'm happy with this product, just wish they stayed cold longer.

Elizabeth West: Very thick but soft outer package. Cools quickly and easily stored bc they aren’t huge. Fit perfectly at the base of your back as well. Recommend!
