McPenguin5: I had an Instantpot I wanted to make soup in, but didn't put in the pressure cap. I was distressed that i not only didn't have the soup I wanted, but the steam shot out of the pressure hole up onto my wooden cabinet. I looked on Amazon ( I can find virtually anything I need here!) and this looked promising. I was so happy. I used some steel wool (not the soapy ones) and used it to apply the finish. I couldn't believe how well it worked. You can't even tell that the mess was ever there. I used the pictures on the site to see what would be a good match and this worked perfectly. Thank you for saving my beautiful cabinets.

Laura Messenger: This is like a scuff mark eraser in a can! It works so well! It does not fix deep scratches, just light on the surface scuff marks, water marks, and discolored parts of the wood. It restores the wood and makes it super shiny! This product does have a strong scent, so I use a mask, turn on the fan, and open the window.

I K.: Kitchen cabinets were slightly damaged from steam from the coffee maker. Doors are a veneer and cannot be sanded much and is tough to refinish. This worked great. Lighter color is better than the darker colors.

John Hughes: A decent enough refinishing product to enhance an existing piece of furniture.
It's strength lies in being a reviver of a quality timber, but don't expect miracles trying to cover deep scratches or poor wood. It's just an enhancer.

PorcipatPorcipat: After much reading decided to give this a go to spruce up an Art Deco bedside cabinet. The walnut veneer was quite marked and dried out. This acted like a coloured t-cut would on a car finish, removing light scratches and the faded top coat of the finish, also filling in some light damage to the veneer. After application I used the polish from the same company and achieved a good result.

Despite using the colour chart and selecting the walnut colour for a walnut veneer, it probably came out a little darker than I expected. Don’t expect it to work miracles where a finish has been completed worn away, but light damage can be masked ok.
