Theresa: Just received today and not impressed. For 22$ I expected a decent high pressure spray. This sprayer has less pressure than a 5$ walmart nozzle. This wouldn't be able to remove anything from my deck. Wish I kept the packaging to send it back. Definitely not worth the price. This nozzle wouldn't even rinse a car. Avoid this one it's not worth it. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

Customer service is excellent, they replaced the older model with the newer one and it works as it should. Definitely buy the newer model it's 100x better.

vahnjay: This stuff is made out of heavy-duty material, and the customer service is excellent. I found out there are two ways to close the valve when It gave out on me after 4 freezing months. The problem was that the handle valve seems to be stuck in an open position and I had to use the head nozzle to shut it off. The stuff still works great but the con was not able to use the handle valve so I contacted customer service about the problem. They got back to me right away and gave me a free replacement. I was so pleased and feel the confidence to try out this company's other products. I Would recommend this spray for its value and quality and excellent service.

Chad C.: The head of the nozzle has no friction when adjusting the spray setting. So as soon as I would turn the stream off or set the nozzle down, the head would turn and become more of a "jet" stream of water.
***Update***
Restmo sent a replacement nozzle with 8 adjustable settings. It is much better than the original item ordered. The adjustable head could use a little more friction moving to each detent but overall it is a solid product. Great customer service!

Tony: I purchased this for the hose near my driveway. I wanted a strong 'jet' of water so that I can periodically spray my car wheels and get the brake dust out of the disk brakes. The nozzle sprayer did not disappoint. You can adjust the nozzle from a strong jet stream that can shoot 25+ feet to a fine conical mist. You won't get any fancy spray shapes.
The nozzle has a nice heft (but not too heavy) and the build quality seems good. It fits in the hand well. The thumb control is convenient for controlling the strength of the spray. The spray adjustment is a simple twist.

Shoptop: The nozzle is good quality but does not provide as much flexibility from mist to pressurized stream as the reviews indicated. It can provide a wide spray but this is still too heavy for delicate plants and the stream feature is just ok.
The best feature is the single hand on/off with your thumb.
