Image Makers: This was easy to link with my truck and works well. It replaced a broken remote. I am happy with it. The only complaint I might have is that the alarm/horn button is ready to push. I no longer have the old remote to compare to, but I feel the alarm/horn button sticks up a bit more making hitting it by mistake easy. Note that I am used to it I have no issues. But I did set the horn off in the middle of the night by accident once.

Crystal L.: This works great. I got it for my boyfriend as he was never given a fob when he purchased his Tahoe. Recently if it was locked, the moment he unlocked it with the key the alarm would go off leaving him to keep it unlocked at all times. The programming was very easy, I did it in less than 5 minutes. I'd say the ONLY drawback is that the range is not good. You have to be pretty close to the vehicle to get it to either lock, unlock, or turn off the panic alarm. But other than that, he now has a vehicle that he can keep locked!

Weyland Smith: It worked on my wife's 2002 Tahoe. The programming was easy and straightforward. I will purchase this unit again. It is not made quite as well as the original but it is an acceptable replacement for me.

I initially purchased this unit for my wife's Tahoe. Admittedly, she is not the most delicate person when it comes to car keys. She often tosses them on the counter or even drops them in the parking lot. However, the more use this fob saw...the more easily it fell apart. So I bought another...but had the same result. The units just don't want to stay together. The last time this happened, I had an idea. I had kept the older, original units that had stopped working...so I decided to try and use the original shell with the newer insides from these fobs. Well, it worked. The inner workings of these units match up perfectly to the older, original units. The older units do not fall apart like these replacements do. I worked out a satisfactory option thanks to the fact that I kept the older units. I would not recommend these for anyone to use if they don't have the originals. They simply won't stay together. I would suggest finding another, more durable option.

Sam: Pairs up like original, and all the functions work, but it's slightly delayed when compared to an oem remote.
