DAN: Purchased this for my daughter's car. It is nowhere near OEM quality. All of the buttons are broken and do not work. No positive response from the company, just told could not refund. Design is not upgraded since purchase. I do not recommend.

Cylas will: To program it was very easy just stick existing key in ignition and turn key to on then stick new key phob and key to on and done. (Found this on YouTube and worked thought I’d share) dealer actually cut my key for free not sure if y’all get that lucky but who knows. Had it for about a month no issues yet!

Frank Merchat: The product showed up and it didn't have directions but a quick search on youtube and it was off and running. I went to the dealership to cut the key. Started the car with the good key fob, then started the car with the new key fob, and it was all done. This could not be simpler: I have a 2013 GMC Terrain. I have used the "new" key several times and everything works exactly the same. This saved right at $100 from buying the key fob from the dealership. The crazy thing, even when you buy a key fob from the dealership, and pay a huge price, that still doesn't include cutting the key, they charge the same fee! Great value and appears to be sturdy enough but I have only had it for a month.
