Bulu: Replaced the hot water stem. Previously replaced the cold water side with a different brand which I couldn't find on here. I didn't know exactly if the parts were the same but took a gamble since it's sold and shipped by Amazon. The previous one i used for the cold water was Kissler ab11-4307 but no where did it say what parts it was compatible with so i can look for alternatives. conclusion, this is the correct part i needed.

Zodiac Lady: My last one was twenty years old, I took the old one out, and cleaned and put it back together in minutes. I am not a plumber, it took longer to take the old one out because of buildup of minerals. My local plumbing store had one and I got it but needed another. This was one was $10.00 cheaper..

Hugh McLellan: I am definitely no handyman, but I found this fairly easy to install after watching some youtube videos and reading the other reviews. There was another review explaining how to switch the valve from fitting to the hot side to the cold side. It was a life saver.
Because I have a friend that owns a plumbing and heating company and had him send a couple of his guys over for some other issues and asked them to help with some other issues. I had already installed the valve but couldn't figure out how to get it to fit properly for the cold side (the handle was working backwards). Even the plumbers didn't know what to do and thought I had to buy a specific valve for the cold side, but I had looked at the schematics and knew that was wrong. After they left, I went back and read the reviews and found out how to do it myself.
