KTKT: Had 2 surgeries over the past 10 years on the same knee. With daily wear and tear, age, inflammation, arthritis etc. My knee tends to flare up at any given time. I have tried different types of ice/gel packs, wraps, sleeves even a zip lock bag with ice cubes strapped around my knee. Laid up being unproductive & very irritated dealing with all the old & new crappy Ice packs I already had I decided I had to find something that was comfortable, stayed in place, and actually put out the cold. Well..... I did! This is the product for me and I'm sure if you tried it, it would be product for you!
The coldness is good and stays cold for a bit. Love the fact that it has mesh pouch that you slide the cold pack into. That way to don't have to put the whole item in the freezer, just the ice gel pouch. Easy to
wrap it around your knee. Velcro is good quality and wide. Plus you can get up and walk if need be without without it sliding down around your ankle or simply falling off and having to start all over. I am VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. I highly recommend this product, you won't be disappointed.
UPDATE... been using this product for three days. I feel the coldness...

Gregory Mathis: The sleeve is ideal to provide temporary relief of knee pain. This item is comfortable wearing. My only challenge is that the cold pack could last longer.

KAT: I had previously bought the sock ice packs from this company and was very impressed. They served the purpose of which I needed them for. I decided to buy the knee ice pack after my knee replacement surgery. However, I was less than impressed with it. First of all it wasn’t cold enough to help with the pain in my knee. Also it barely fit around my knee with the Velcro straps. My knee is average size. I bought another brand and the straps on it had ample room, was colder and helped with the pain much more.

Adam Flannery: The compression bandage is really easy to use and stays in place well. The swelling and pain is reduced and my knees
definitely feel much better the next day. I do 15 minutes on each knee and it stays cold enough for both.
